A Nest

Pillows? They’re awesome.

Especially when they’re a nest in the middle of the lounge room.

These kids are devoted to each other. Isaac tantrums when Amy goes to bed of a night time and he’s not allowed into her bedroom and Amy, well, Amy woke up this morning and Isaac was still sleeping.

‘Mummy, I need Isaac’

‘You need Isaac?’

‘Yes. I need my boy.’

‘He’s sleeping still.’

‘OH NO! …. I can wake him up?’

‘No. He’s sleeping. He’ll be awake soon.’

‘Oh dear.’

15 minutes later he woke up and we could hear him talking.

‘YAY! He is awake! Isaac is awake!’

She ran to his bedroom.

‘Hello Isaac! You are awake! MUMMY! Come and get him out!’

Like I said. Devoted.

[Of course, they fight like cats and dogs too, Isaac is obsessed with pulling hair and Amy steals his bottles/food/toys constantly. However, they are united in the Bedtime Is Bad campaign and the Do Not Let Mummy Write campaign. Heh]

If you liked this, share!

They are so adorable together. Love the photos. Unfortunately, I know all too well the Bedtime is Bad campaign. It’s not unusual for my 3 year old to get up from her bed 5 times after she’s put to bed. Ugh!

He he, this sounds so entirely familiar. Adorable.

Beautiful pictures of beautiful children Veronica. All that loving and laughter goes a long way towards compensating for the not-so-loving stuff lol!

“I need my boy.” That’s so sweet.
Like your Nan, I have a thing about pillows. I like to have enough so I can prop up comfortably anywhere when my back is hurting. I have 4 on the bed, 3 on the couch and a couple of those big european square ones stashed in the wardrobe.

Just wait until Amy goes to school and Isaac is left behind. Sam bawls, especially after she’s been home for awhile, for a long weekend or March break. He starts JK in September, and although Montessori was a disastrous failure, I’m pretty sure he’ll be okay with JK, because he’s going to REGAN’s school. Siblings are a wonderful thing.

My kids are so the same way. He loves to go in and greet her when she wakes up, and often wants to go and get her before she’s woken up. He’s always giving her kisses and hugs.

Of course, the minute she’s into his stuff, he’s shoving her so fast that her head spins, but eh, I take the cuteness where I can get it. Especially now that he’s being a total dick.

Aww that is so sweet! Max and Zack are similar. Max will only eat dinner if Zack’s there eating it too. He cries if Zack does, and Zack cannot wait to wake up Max to play with him in the mornings… even though Max is *not* a morning baby, much like his mum! ;)
(they also hate each other sometimes… when Max does anything that gets in Zack’s way, or Zack just will! not! leave! Max! alone! which is all the time). >_<

Your children are charming! I have had computer issues lately and am glad to be back reading my favorite blogs. First a virus and then a switch of dsl providers. But like I said, glad to be back reading again!
