POP goes the … squash?

This morning it was fine and this afternoon we found this:

All I can wonder is, what kind of noise did it make?

Laughing so hard! Other people in my house look like they want to ask me what I’m laughing at… I might tell them, or I might just use the memory of this post to bring on insane laughter when I want to be left alone…

I’m quite curious as to the sound of a popping squash, also!

It probably went pop then a ripping sound 🙂

I am pretty sure that it would be a squelchy kind of sound like mouse guts under your foot.

But I would have to ask Moo.

😉

Probably no sound at all.
Is it ripe and ready to use?

Lots of rain there? Wow. Nice squash. I imagine the grunt of a fieldmouse swinging a sword bigger than he is!

I’d imagine it would make a “POP!” followed by a wet, squelching sound, similar to a shoulder going back in its socket (but in reverse). But I attribute that sound to many things these days.
