"WoW constantly changes, how can we be sure that it will be okay in the future!" or "That site has a lot of user developed mods, what if someone makes one that is rude!". This kind of thinking will inevitably appear, and all forms of "uncertain" sites will be blocked. It won't stop illegal activity (there are thousands of proxy blockers), but it will just annoy honest people. Signed the petition. It doesn't much matter who is in power now... the effect will eventually be the same. Many "accidents" will happen, and likely they will not begin with the rich and famous. They will be lulled that this is "working" until the noose is too tight to wiggle out of. It sure seems to me that democracy and free speech is not popular with anyone these days...
