Maybe we'll try gluten once a year to see if she grows out of it, but with the EDS, I'm not holding my breath for it going away. @ Bendy Girl

If it’s Coeliacs, then no, she has it for life. An intolerance won’t show on the tests, no, but we know she is intolerant from her behaviour.
