Which is basically to say, the baby pokes her tongue out A LOT. Like, all the time, pretty much.
She continues to be adorable and slightly weird. No real changes in anything – her vision is in and out, her hearing is similar and her twitchy episodes continue to occur regularly. She’s almost 15 weeks old now and is rather like an oversized newborn – except for the fact that this baby doesn’t cry. Shouts a bit for attention, but doesn’t cry. I don’t know what that means. She’s so very placid.
In any case, we see the Paeds again next week.
[In other news, Amy doesn’t want to go to school, and is taking her temperature over and over again, in the hope that THIS TIME it will say that she’s too sick to go to school. She’s very grumpy that the thermometer is not cooperating.]

As for Amy – tell her to stick a bar of soap under her armpit, as it will raise her temperature for real. I learned about it as a child on ‘The Dukes of Hazzard’. No, I’m not kidding.

OMG, she’s so gorgeous! And blimey she’s bendy/lax too! FWIW I didn’t really cry as a baby either, no-one’s sure why but I suspect it was probably just way too much physical effort to bother. Impressed by Amy’s thermometer challenge too BG Xx
You should feel the horrible click/crunch her right shoulder does. Nauseating. I need to mention it to the Paed again. She’s very floppy. I think they’re thinking EDS + something.

How is Amy doing at school? Maybe something happened to her and she is wanting to stay home sick because she may be worried about something/somebody? I’m only asking out of curiosity because I have had Riley want to stay home from school sick on one more than occasion recently and after asking him some questions I learnt that one of his classmates was being mean to him and he was worried about it.

I think you’re on the money there re Amy. Some things I won’t go into online (we can discuss it IRL next time I see you), but I suspect there’s a feeling of isolation there, coupled with her having difficulty listening to things for the first time + a streak of perfectionism a mile wide.
