This is Evelyn.
She has the biggest gummy grin and the smooshiest cheeks. She likes cuddles, her siblings, nectarines, boobies and attention. She is pretty much the cure for everything that ails you (except PPD – but we’ve already told that story). I applied Evelyn to the angry six year old and five minutes later, it was all giggling and kisses. I applied to her to Frogpondsrock who had just been told that she is a massive troll online [Digression: I KNOW. How dare they. I have lots of thoughts and feels about this] and it made things better. Or at least more baby smile filled.
She’s pretty amazing.
We have struggles still, yes. Everyone tells me how good she looks and I know that. She is fat and smooshy and adorable. She does not look sick, or weird, or like she struggles with mobility. But that’s okay. We see the physiotherapist this week for a comprehensive development assessment. That should be interesting.
I spend a lot of time just kissing her and enjoying the fact that she is small and smooshy and likes to snuggle with me. Also that she doesn’t have pokey elbows or knees, like her siblings.
Evelyn! A cure for all your ills. Even if she is a bit worried about the clicky sound that the camera makes.
PS, my Evelyn can only be borrowed. If you want a smooshy baby, you’ll have to procure your own.
What do you mean I can only borrow her? I NEED her – at least for a day or two until my grumpy mood at men in general lifts.
Your lack of lactating breasts would make her very sad, but you can have her for an hour. (She’s very smooshy and happy)
😛 a MINOR detail which is fixed by kidnapping her adorable mother as well. I will feed you good chocolate and cheese.
I’ll be in that.
Omg…cuteness overload…just stop!!!! I want!!!
I can’t promise to stop sharing photos. She’s just too adorable.
Omg, you just made my day. I needed a dose of Evelyn and I didn’t even realise it!
p. s how dare they call Kim a troll! how very dare they!
I’m glad I made your day.
And my thoughts exactly. How very dare they! She might poke at people who annoy her, but she’s not a troll.
the problem as iI see it is that the word troll as used by much of the internet has come to mean anyone whose opinions you don’t agree with. “iI don’t like what this person is saying, therefore they are a troll”
when that is not what a troll is, a troll is someone who deliberately goes out of their way to say confronting inflammatory things that even the troll knows is wrong, just to get a reaction.
A troll is not someone who holds a different opinion from you.
she is divine.
She is just the cutest, smooshiest, littlest, awesomest dudette.
I know she’s not mine, but…..I love her! Her face just brightens my day.
*Useless ovaries asplode*
How completely smoochy she is. Love love love 🙂
(Also, Kim is not a troll, The End, thanks for playing).
Just looking at your little miss squish makes me feel better xx
Thank you Evelyn – what a smile!! xx
She is very cute and I can see how she would affect the moods of others in a favourable way.
When can I get down for a cuddle, when?!
Since I live on the other side of the world, I don’t think I’ll be borrowing her anytime soon, but oh my goodness that last picture is priceless!
She is so smooshy looking. I have about 8 more weeks before mine comes out… Then I’ll have my very own smooshy baby! Until then, the 18 hour flight from me to you is a bit too much, I think, just to borrow her.
She is adorably smooshy… and has brightened my evening up with her gorgeousness! I just want to blow rasberries on those cheeks and do the pretend-to-nibble-the-fingers thing while making “omnomnomnom” noises… ahhh I need a baby to cuddle. And hand back! 😉
Love the photos of Little Miss Adorable, especially the last one … keep ’em coming 😉 😀
She has such a gorgeous smile, she oozes cuteness … I could go on but it might take all day lol 😀
She is adorable!
I have an Evelyn! But we call our Evelyn Harlow. She’s completely smooshy and I can hardly stand it when she hugs me around my neck.
Babies are awesome.
WOW! Little Evelyn is getting more & more adorable each day!
What a wee treasure!
I wonder if you have ever come across any of Dr Natasha Campbell McBride’s work. She assisted us with our daughter. Bright blessings xxxx
