When my children were babies, I lived in fear of them getting a cold. Snotty noses meant that middle of the night breastfeeds were miserable, as the poor kid tried to feed without drowning.
Now, there is a product for that! The Snotsucker from NoseFrida. Currently the #4 best selling product on Amazon, it seems like it would be great. My children are too old to test it out on, but I have FIVE of them to give away to you guys.
- It’s smart.
- It’s Swedish.
- It’s maybe a little strange.
- It’s doctor invented & recommended.
- It’s 100% hygienic due to the included filters (4).
- It’s fabulously reviewed (Rachel Ray, Parenting, & more).
- It’s a nasal aspirator that ACTUALLY WORKS!
- It’s NoseFrida. The Snotsucker.
If you’ve got a baby and you’re worried about the upcoming cold and flu season, you can score yourself one of these to test out, by entering below.

I’ve recently started using a neti pot, but I have yet to see if it really works! I’m hoping so.

My babies are all too old to try a snotsucker on! But we now use an Onion cut in half and placed next to the bed…it works so well to clear up snotty noses.
Once we wake up in the morning we throw the onion out as its taken on the germs that are in the room
We also use vicks on the feet with socks on the feet over night. Works well for colds/flu like symptoms.
The snotsucker sounds like a great idea!

Vicks/Eukybear rub on the soles of the feet, covered up with a pair of socks overnight. I need to find a natural alternative to the Vicks.. I’ll get there soon!

Chicken soup. When we have a cold or flu going through our house I make a nice big pot, it’s great when everyone is feeling miserable, and is easy to make as well

A vicks vapor steam running in the room!

A good story for you and one I’m sure you can relate to, flu season has hit, both my girls were extremely sick, bad coughing, blocked up ect, the eldest one got so bad that we had to take her to accident and emergency at the local hospital, we waited 4 hours with a one and 2 year old baby in the middle of the night and still didn’t get to see the doctor, we gave up and went home. As soon as we got in the door we got out the Nosefrida and cleared both of them out, they both went straight to sleep as they could breathe properly again..Back to the hospital again the next morning , 3 hours waiting and then gave up again and went to our local GP as we were lucky to get in on a cancellation, Nosefrida saves the day again at our house,
