No Vlog for this one today either guys, I’ve had a rough week, with the flu and an extremely busy day today. On the upside, Isaac passed his hearing test with flying colours. The downside, we can’t say that he has hearing loss instead of autism (wait, is that actually a downside? Probably not.) Another downside: I was in the room and couldn’t hear the low speech tones. I think maybe dealing with two screaming children for over 4 years now has probably damaged my hearing. Or maybe it’s just a side effect of the flu.

Either way, looks like a hearing test is in my future.

In the lead up to the beginning of the 2011 Kmart Toy catalogue, Kmart is giving you the chance to win a $100 gift card to spend at your local Kmart store.

To enter, simply tell us in 25 words or less ‘What’s top of your Kmart Toy catalogue shopping list and why’.

The Kmart Toy catalogue starts on Thursday 30 June 2011 and you can get a sneak preview of the catalogue online at the Kmart website from 23 June 2011.

  3. Great giveaway! I need Lego for my girls they are outgrowing the duplo we have and the pathetic collection of Lego I have at the moment is just not enough. So k-mart if you are listening specials on the emergency vehicle Lego and the zoo one (or it may have been safari can’t quite remember what it was my daughter excitedly showed me the other day, love my kids but I would go crazy if I listened to them ALL the time)

  4. Star Wars Lego, and anything Star Wars. Kids really know how to run our pockets dry. Thomas and friends are now casted away in the basement. My son really loves Star Wars, especially the baddies, e.g. Darth Vader and General Grievous. Thanks for the opportunity :)

  11. I can’t go past the Lego and Barbie toys for my little mister and miss. They are classics that never go out of fashion.

  18. For us it’s a mountain bike for me – is that allowed :) it’s a toy and it’s so that I we can go bike riding as a family. My two little boys have bikes but sadly I miss out and I’d love for us to go riding as a family.

    But for the boys I know they really want a ride on digger – one of those stationary excavators that you can sit on in the sandpit and move the handles to scoop up the sand. I’m going to try my hand at making a sandpit and I know that a big digger will be a must

    for movies to watch on long trips
    will make life happier for us both!

  23. Wii’s are a huge hit at the moment and all of a sudden and my son just lovvvvvvvvves them. This new fad of his is something i really don’t have a choice in exploring, but something we can both benefit from this as i can get a little extra exercise in without even leaving the lounge room with one of the fun exercise games and he gets his fad fix of doing what boys do best, playing games.

    Especially the Cars 2 lego sets, my boys absolutely love Cars and Lego!

  27. My daughter is loving everything ‘trivia’ at the moment so boardgames to energise her mind whilst having heaps of family fun!

  29. Lego City, both my kid’s absolutely adore playing and creating new designs together all the time.

  30. i would love to buy the kids a trampoline :) or some outdoor play equipment.

  31. I would love to get my daughters a dollhouse i always wanted one as a child and never got it, thats my goal for christmas :)

  32. With a 13 year old daughter and 2 grandsons, 4 years old and 2 months old, my Kmart toy wishlist is long and varied, Christmas shopping is going to be so much fun this year.

  54. Lots of things, a trampoline is a must, elmo’s wii game to teach my son the alphabet while having fun and possibly a bike if santa is rich enough.
