That is a beautimus scone! And re: your comment on my mussels – since you worked in a restaurant and spent so much time cleaning the little boogers, explain to me how to get the beards out of the mussels that are tightly shut. I only got the beards out of about half of mine. As you may know, once they are cooking, trying to rip out the beard is just – well, disgusting. Ruins the whole experience. Any light you can shed here?

Such cute photos of Amy…Zach baked muffin tops today, but they didn’t last long enough to be photographed (muffin tops are baked in a special tin — they are just really flat muffins, because the tops of the muffins are the best part. Strange but extra yummy.)
