What's down there?

Alternate title: Holy CRAP I have a FOOT!

Ash October 1, 2010 at 7:15 am

Oh that is just too cute! Love the alternate title 🙂

Veronica October 1, 2010 at 7:59 pm

I had to giggle, because it was SO intent on looking between the cracks.

AJ October 1, 2010 at 8:00 am

Bahahahahaha… that’s freakin’ funny.

Veronica October 1, 2010 at 7:59 pm

It has been so much fun having ducklings running about.

I saw something yellow and twisted on my reader and thought OH NOOOOO Veronica is stuck in some weird pose! LOL good thing I clicked over. 🙂

Veronica October 1, 2010 at 7:59 pm

No, not me. Yellow really doesn’t suit me. Hehehe.

river October 1, 2010 at 7:45 pm

Ha Ha Ha. You made me smile.

Veronica October 1, 2010 at 8:00 pm

Oh good! I need to take more duckling photos, because they’re getting really big.

Barbara October 1, 2010 at 11:29 pm

That’s brilliant!

Veronica October 2, 2010 at 8:37 am

I was lucky to catch it.

Marylin October 2, 2010 at 12:11 am

Ahahaha sooo cute! 🙂

Veronica October 2, 2010 at 8:38 am

I know, you should see them IRL, they make your cute meter hurt.

Potpourri Gal October 2, 2010 at 12:53 am

wow! I wish I can have such cute pets too! if it were FB I wud have “liked” that pic 🙂 Like! Like! Like!

Kelly October 2, 2010 at 2:07 am

Me too! 😀

Veronica October 2, 2010 at 8:39 am

Yay for likes! I know some people have added them to their websites in a FB fashion, but I don’t think I can be bothered with the coding.

Kelly October 2, 2010 at 2:08 am

How do you keep your kids under control with these delicate creatures? I’d worry a little about them being harmed if I had kids around myself. Or are they pretty good?

Veronica October 2, 2010 at 8:34 am

The ducklings run away really fast if you try and catch them, so I am definitely not worried. Plus, Amy is still phobic of the big yard, so she hasn’t even really paid much attention to them.

I can catch them, at feed time, so I’m making a point to get them used to being handled, I let Isaac pat one yesterday.

And really, ducklings aren’t delicate at all. They’re like babies, they *look* delicate, but they are so tough.

Sophie October 2, 2010 at 9:44 am

awww. so teenytiny!

Veronica October 3, 2010 at 8:21 pm

That’s what Amy said! Although surprisingly, she hasn’t been that enthused. I think I’m the more excited one.

Fiona October 2, 2010 at 2:18 pm

Aww cute! I saw ducklings at he park the other day.. teeny!

Veronica October 3, 2010 at 8:21 pm

It’s going to be really interesting, I’ve got another lot due in a fortnight or so, so I’ll have even more running around. Hehe.

Kristy October 3, 2010 at 5:15 am

Ohhhh! How precious is that?!

Veronica October 3, 2010 at 8:22 pm

I loved that it was actually looking to see what was in the crack. Hehehe.
